Competitions Office Coordinator
Overview Sunday River's Competitions team is hiring an Office Coordinator! This position is primarily an administrative assistant/office coordinator with a focus on being the front-line person in the office, keeping all office needs on track. The person in this position should be comfortable working on the computer, in person with large groups, and on-hill when necessary. Responsibilities Run competition day athlete registrations. Assist Team Members at registration with any issues that may arise. Efficiently handle all computer work, (word processing, databases, and spreadsheets), as required. Keep inventory of office supplies. Track Team Member days and ensure we have the number needed for each event. Coordinate with Team Members to ensure they have supplies for each event. Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members. Maintain superior organization and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Assist Competitions On-Hill Operations Manager when needed. Fill in on-hill when needed. All tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must pass USSS Jury Advisor and/or Race administrator test Ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests, vendors, and other resort departments Compensation & Benefits Wages range from $16 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with room for professional growth and advancement Team Member perks include: Season Passes for self and dependents Resort discounts for retail, dining, lessons, rentals, lodging and spa Access to other Boyne Resorts Eligibility for affordable Team housing Eligibility for end-of-season service and loyalty bonus
