As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will provide analysis and support with the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Along with the responsibilities below the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with ambiguity ‘gray’ areas of all work sets and have desire to find the best solution to meet Bath & Body Works’ business and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities Salary Analysis: Conducts research and analysis to determine competitive salary structures for various job roles within the company Market Research: Continuously monitors industry trends and market data to ensure the company’s compensation packages remain competitive; both domestic and international Survey Submission: Owner of survey submissions, tracking and uploading into system Job Evaluation: Evaluates and classifies jobs to establish fair and equitable compensation levels Compliance: Ensuring that the organization’s compensation practices comply with local, state and federal laws and regulations, including minimum wage Data Analytics: Uses data and analytics to support informed decisions about compensation structures and adjustments Pay Equity: Supports pay equity analysis Annual Merit Review: Assists with the administration, reporting and analysis of the annual merit process

·         Executive Compensation Analysis & Support: Provide data analysis and recommendations for executive compensation adjustments, incentive plan design, and pay-for-performance structures.

·         Equity Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of executive equity programs

·         Compensation Reporting & Documentation: Assist with the preparation of executive compensation-related materials for the Human Capital and Compensation Committee

·         Proxy: Support the creation and review of compensation disclosures, including Proxy Statements and other regulatory filings

2-5 year compensation analysis or executive compensation Builds partnerships and collaborative relationships Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail Displays interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits growth mindset Exceptional responsiveness, a high sense of urgency Portrays integrity and ethics when handling sensitive and confidential situations/information Experience supporting executive compensation processes and collaborating with senior leadership, finance, and legal teams is a plus. Experience with equity compensation administration and management, including familiarity with equity platforms or tools Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; HRIS experience a plus Education Bachelor's degree (HR, business, finance, accounting preferred) or related experience. Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus.
