Compensation Manager- Onsite 

This Is What You’ll Do: 

Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Create and implement competitive salary structures and incentive programs. Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct market analyses to compare compensation packages with industry trends. Evaluate job market trends and adjust compensation policies accordingly. Job Evaluation & Grading: Develop and maintain job descriptions and classification systems. Conduct job evaluations to establish salary ranges and ensure internal equity. Compliance & Governance: Ensure compensation programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated with compensation-related laws and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to design and execute compensation plans. Advise leadership on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments and promotions. Data Management & Analysis: Manage compensation data and provide detailed reports to support decision-making. Monitor and analyze trends to continuously improve compensation programs. Communication & Training: Educate managers and employees about the organization’s compensation philosophy and programs. Provide guidance on salary negotiations, adjustments, and employee queries.

This Is What It Takes: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in compensation management, with leadership experience preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt to changing business needs. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
