Campus/Location: North Campus, hybrid (minimum 3days onsite/wk)
Minimum Starting Salary: $83,2292.00
About the Compensation Analyst Role:
Under the direction of the Senior Compensation Specialist the Compensation Analyst supports the delivery and administration of a comprehensive compensation program. The incumbent will manage and track project data, research leading practice on compensation related topics, including job evaluation and performance reward systems, review titles, assist with the development of compensation policies and procedures, maintain an equitable and defined job architecture, collaborate with the departments to confirm role descriptions are accurate and current and prepare costing analysis.

Education
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 4-year bachelors degree inHuman Resources, Business or a related discipline.
Experience/Skills
