Compensation Analyst
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation Analyst in the hospitality industry, based in BROOMFIELD, Colorado. As a Compensation Analyst, your core duties will involve handling employee support through our case management system, creating and analyzing complex data sets for strategic decisions, assisting with our Annual Year-End Talent and Rewards process, and conducting annual benchmarking and salary surveys. Responsibilities • Handle employee and manager support through a case management system, addressing standard reviews and queries • Construct and analyze intricate data sets to facilitate strategic and data-driven decision-making • Assist in the Annual Year-End Talent and Rewards process through various tasks, including data review and technology support • Execute annual benchmarking and conduct salary surveys • Utilize Microsoft Excel for compensation analysis and benchmarking • Engage in compensation and benefits related tasks • Undertake compensation surveys and commission functions Requirements • Proficiency in Commission Functions, with a clear understanding of their role in the compensation process. • Familiarity with conducting Salary Surveys, and ability to analyze and interpret the data gathered. • Comprehensive knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, and the ability to apply this knowledge in the development of competitive compensation packages. • Experience in Compensation Analysis, including the ability to assess the effectiveness of current compensation strategies. • Expertise in Compensation Benchmarking, including the ability to compare and contrast our compensation strategies with those of other organizations in our industry. • Experience conducting Compensation Surveys, and the ability to use the data gathered to inform our compensation strategies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use it for data analysis and report generation.
