Responsible for managing personnel administration, benefits management, compensation and payroll strategies with strong alignment with corporate policies and processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Implements, advises and maintains the standards defined by labor legislation within the company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on the personnel cost budget, monitoring actuals, detecting deviations and proposing actions to guarantee costs at an optimal level to obtain the company's result.
Assist in the implementation, and maintenance of salary structures and compensation guidelines.
Address and resolve employee inquiries related to compensation.
Work closely with corporate HR to ensure consistency and compliance across all compensation-related functions.
Support the implementation of corporate compensation initiatives and programs at the local level.
Manage the Personnel Movements that are generated according to changes in the Organizational Structures or Personnel Promotions.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with corporate policies.
Manage organizational charts and oversee internal employee movements, ensuring alignment with corporate structure.
Ensure the HR system is regularly updated with accurate information, maintaining consistency with corporate systems.
Oversee the hiring and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees, and alignment with corporate procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact with benefits service providers.
Administer employee benefits programs, including life insurance, medical insurance, pension plans, and flexible benefits, in line with corporate offerings.
Manage the monthly headcount and ensure accurate reporting in alignment with corporate requirements.
Administer quarterly sales incentive payments, ensuring alignment with corporate incentive programs.
Oversee the management of short-term and long-term incentive programs in line with corporate strategies.
Prepare and present offer proposals and conduct socioeconomic studies as needed, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact with our external payroll service provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Validate if needed payroll calculations provided by the vendor, deductions, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the external payroll provider to update and maintain the payroll system with accurate employee information.
Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and provide necessary information to finance and HR departments.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the external payroll provider to implement enhancements.
Ensure all payroll processes and practices are aligned with corporate policies and procedures.
Work closely with corporate HR and finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance across all payroll-related functions.
Manage labor relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment in accordance with corporate policies.
Ensure all compensation and benefits programs and processes are aligned with corporate policies and procedures.
Position Specifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Accounting or related
Fluent at conversation and writing in English
Specific experience and expertise:
At least 3 years of experience in compensation management or a related HR function.
Advanced Excel management (pivot tables, formulations, macros, etc.), database creation.
Experience in payroll Management
Knowledge of legislation, LFT, IMSS, personnel management
Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compensation regulations.
