**Responsibilities**
+ Join a growing team of 3 Urologists, 1 Medical Management Primary Care Physician, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
+ Physicians working in the urology practice will have access to top tier technology in the OR and clinic (For example: **UroNav, Digital Scopes, Operative Microscope, and DaVinci Robot** ) along with full complement of diagnostic radiology, laboratory and stimulation testing
+ Call Obligations: NPs/PAs first call cover M-F 8A to 5P; physicians call coverage equally rotated
+ Ability to work collectively with **well-established referral resources** , to grow practice general urology practice, and niche interests
+ **Teaching and Research opportunities** in conjunction with Mayo Clinic
+ Work in a state of the art facility. Mayo Clinic Health System Mankato’s operative suite recently underwent a **$70+ million dollar expansion** . Future expansion projects underway

+ Board eligible / board certified in Urology
+ Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota

**Compensation Detail**
The minimum starting salary range for surgical specialties may range from $279,000 to $814,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
