As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residential clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting monthly assessmentsMaintaining communication with the client's support teamEnsuring appropriate staff supervision and delegationDocumenting all activities and changes in client health statusRolla, Missouri, offers a welcoming community with a high quality of life. Monitor the health and well-being of residential clients through monthly assessmentsMaintain clear communication with client support teams and agency managementEnsure proper staff supervision, delegation, and specialized instructionDocument client assessments, changes in health status, and nursing activitiesComplete required training and certifications, such as AIMS, HRST, and Level 1 Med Aide InstructorAssist in responding to nursing reviews and mortality reviewsAdhere to company policies and proceduresAdvocate for the individuals we serveEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:
Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of MissouriRequired License/Certification (one of the following):
Current Missouri license as RNAdditional Qualifications:
