Position Purpose: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Community Engagement department for Trillium Community Health Plan. Perform administrative duties and fill in at off-site visits when necessary to support community engagement.

***The Community Outreach Specialist role is primarily remote with 25% travel expectation. Candidates must reside in or near the Portland metro area or Lane County region to be considered. ***

Responsibilities:

Conduct random audits on the Community Engagement team regarding off-site visits, phone calls and ensure appropriate schedules are submitted, appropriate and timely.

Ensure compliance with State requirements for submissions and Community Event forms.

Create and maintain all departmental policies & procedures.

Develop, implement and maintain strategic initiatives to grow membership.

Ensure compliance with all membership initiatives with State contract requirements.

Identify and forge strong working relationships with external community organizations and internal departments.

Update and maintain the Budget, Sponsorships, State Reporting and Event Calendar databases.

Education/Experience: Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related experience.

Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
