Job Description:

Work with the district office manager to implement Waste Connections technologies that will help improve customer experience and create efficiencies, when appropriateWork with the district sales manager to develop marketing materials to promote services to drive sales and improve brand awarenessExamples:Create marketing campaignsCreate marketing materials such as:Ads for SponsorshipsBilling InsertsDigitals AdsEducational Materials for MunicipalitiesEmail BlastsMarketing MailersWelcome PacketsCoordinate external special events such open houses & ribbon cutting ceremoniesCoordinate internal events such as our company Bike BuildPhoto / video shoot coordination when necessaryHandle website updates when necessarySocial Media Calendar & Content CreationBe a community liaison – representing the company at sponsored events to build brand awareness & goodwillWork with the district manager to coordinate community donations, the logistics of doing check presentations, and promoting through the appropriate marketing channels

Requirements:

2+ years of experienceDegree preferredSelf-starter with a passion for community work
