About the Role:
As a full-time Community Health Worker, you’ll be on the frontlines of public health, building trusted relationships within the community you serve. Your unique understanding of local needs will enable you to connect individuals to essential services, enhancing the quality and cultural relevance of care. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Empower Others: Increase health knowledge and self-sufficiency through outreach, education, and advocacy.Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to facilitate access to health and human services through personal interactions and coordinated referrals.Support Your Community: Provide informal reassurance, social support, and guidance to help individuals navigate their health journeys.What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma/GED required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.At least one year of community involvement experience is a plus.A willingness to earn a CHW certification.Why Join Us?

Pay Range: $22.25-$29.35
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
