About the RoleAs a Community Integration Manager, you'll take on a dynamic leadership role, supporting both staff and program participants in creating meaningful, enriching experiences. You'll oversee a team of Community Integration Assistants and help shape the future of individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence, integration, and personal growth. What You'll Do + Provide supervision, coaching, and evaluations for Community Integration Assistants + Develop and implement Day Habilitation plans tailored to each individual's needs + Serve as a positive role model and mentor, both for staff and the individuals we support + Coordinate and participate in engaging community-based activities + Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance with all program requirements + Participate in team meetings and review sessions + Transport participants to and from community locations as needed What We're Looking For + Associate's degree in a human services-related field and at least 6 months of experience + OR a high school diploma/equivalent and one year of related experience + Strong communication and leadership skills + Ability to think critically and solve problems on the fly + Comfortable with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and supporting individuals as needed + Must meet OPWDD Level II SCIP-R requirements (training provided) Why Work With Us?At Lifetime Assistance, you'll join a mission-driven team dedicated to providing inclusive, empowering experiences for the people we serve.
