We are seeking a dynamic Community Initiatives Manager & Creative Services Producer to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing community outreach efforts and creating compelling promotional content that enhances our stations' brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Initiatives Management:
+ Develop and implement community outreach programs that align with the station's mission and values
+ Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and community leaders
+ Coordinate and participate in community events, sponsorships, and partnerships
+ Track and report on the effectiveness of community impact initiatives
Creative Services Producer:
+ Write, produce, and edit promotional spots that highlight the station's brand, programming, and community involvement
+ Collaborate with creative team to develop innovative promotional campaigns
+ Ensure all promotional content is consistent with the station's brand voice and messaging
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
+ Proven experience in community outreach, public relations or a similar role
+ 5+ years of experience producing promotion spots at a television station
+ Strong writing, editing and production skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Proficiency in Adobe Premier video editing software and production tools
