Summary:
The Community Health On Site Coordinator is responsible for health event management within community and corporate settings, including setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials. Engages with customers on health education, manages the on-site screening team, and ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation. Responsible for site safety, staff training, event management, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. Oversees event operations, customer service, inventory control, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while keeping accurate operational event records. Performs other duties as assigned. Conducts health screenings, identifying and educating on risk factors, and promoting lifestyle changes.
Requirements:
1 year experience in Community Health, Wellness, or Health Promotion1 year experience in Project ManagementBachelor's of Healthcare or Related FieldBLS from American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationFlorida Driver's LicenseAHCA Level 2 background clearance
