Job Description - iSupplier Support-Trainer/Vendor Relations to vendors in the community who are looking to do business with NYCHA - Assist vendors with organizing their iSupplier account changes they may need and interface with the iSupplier. - Work with account manager on a daily basis for assistance on higher level of access support/assist; - Assist collecting documents for making account changes w-9’s, Business Certificates and corporate name changes and pass it on to the iSupplier account manager. - Reset passwords for iSupplier Account. - Access through the password help desk oracle access and add account usernames or give instructions how the vendors can do that themselves when able. - Respond to foil, audit and other departments requests - find documentation back up. - Teach vendors how to navigate the portal and respond to online to bids. - Work on initiative to get bidders to participate in the electronic bid process, as opposed to surrogate paper bidding by hand to reduce the time spent on entering by hand for the bid representative for vetting the bids. - Generate pre-bid meeting attendance lists and send to webmaster for upload to website and the buyer for the procurement file. - Conduct vendor outreach by preparing and sending email blast to vendors for open/extended solicitations, for pre-bid meeting reminders, for extensions. - Create a log, call/e-mail the vendors and document the reasons regarding sole bid vendor. - Prepare and send to vendors and the buyer for the Procurement file the unsuccessful offers letter, non-responsive letters and rejection of all bids letter. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above; or 2. High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above; or 3. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" or "2" above. However, all candidates must have at least one year of experience as described in "1" above.
