Engage and facilitate assessments on knowledge, attitude and practices on harmful traditions in the target communities.Support faith leader forums to follow up on community dialogues on harmful attitudes and cultural practices facilitated by trained faith leaders within the target district.Support FFLFs through organizing regular coordination meetings with key district level faith leaders to follow up on progress of action plans developed by trained faith leaders addressing harmful cultural/social practicesAssist faith leaders forum to organize quarterly coordination meetings to discuss and address feedback from the district level community consultation meetingsKNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or
Certification
Bachelor Degree in Social Science or any related field.Required Professional Experience
Demonstrable experience in child protection, child rightsStrong monitoring skillsInterpersonal, management and conflict resolution skills.Communication skills and knowledge of local communities.Knowledge of MS Office and statistical programsRequired Language(s)
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) knowledge of the local language
Required travel and/or work environment accommodations
