In this dynamic role, you will primarily operate from your nearest location while traveling to support our branches across Northeast Wisconsin. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong experience in financial services and sales to deliver exceptional member experiences. Top Skills Required: + Member Services: Provide sound financial guidance for member lending needs. + Financial Planning: Assist members with opening and maintaining accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs). + Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships to anticipate and exceed member expectations. Key Qualifications: + 1+ year experience in Financial Services (Ex: Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, Universal Banker, Member Services Representative, Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, etc.) Financial Services responsibilities related to: + opening accounts, consumer lending, account maintenance + Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs. + Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy. + Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts. + Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member’s future needs and to exceed their expectations. + 2+ years of Sales/Customer Service experience (Must be able to provide solid examples of your sales, the sales goals you had to meet, if/how you met sales goals) + Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays + Available: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM & Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM + Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
