Role/Responsibilities:
As a Communications Strategist on the enterprise Employee Communications team at Moody’s, shaping and sharing compelling stories will be one of your primary responsibilities along with supporting the development and implementation of communications strategies aligned with our corporate priorities. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal content development experience - and is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the traditional and digital media landscape. Responsibilities include:

Content management and development
* Create clear, concise and effective content for all channels using your experience and passion for storytelling across a range of written and visual content from speeches and talking points to videos and succinct social media posts.
* Have a basic understanding of change communications practices and how to engage stakeholders through change.
* Help develop and manage content planning processes and methods.

Channel management
* Help promote and drive strategic use of internal channels using a clear strategy to share information more effectively with a global audience, focusing initially on our intranet and Microsoft Teams.
* Influence and deliver against a multi-channel strategy to engage and inform employees in virtual, and in-person environments.
* Enhance and refine our global communications platform processes and policies proactively.

Strategic program support
* Analyze communications efforts, adding expertise to the team’s tracking and reporting work.
* Contribute to our engagement initiatives, including global and local events and programs.
* Identify risks instinctively, offering mitigation strategies as needed.

Relationship management
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Share and uphold communications standards and processes with business partners.
* Demonstrate a team mindset to collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who is energized by an opportunity to build and execute against the vision for our growing team, helping us continuously look for meaningful ways to create a lasting impact in the employee experience. They will have a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of communications, content creation and/or relevant consulting experience, ideally within the financial services sector. They should exhibit a strong commitment to shared goals, open communication to foster a positive and productive team dynamic.

Other qualifications include:
* Exceptional writing and editing ability, as well as high attention to detail.
* Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
* Skill in supporting and executing communications plans.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to prioritize and navigate a variety of activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of common and innovative communication channels and trends, as well as an understanding of how they contribute to employee engagement is a plus.
* Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, specifically Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Adobe Programs.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$65,000 - [[$94,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
