Your role and responsibilitiesResponsible for arranging various activities or events, including but not limited to customer meetings, exhibitions, roadshows, lectures, and various internal activities.Develop and implement the annual activity plan and ensure the implementation process complies with the company's policies and regulations. Responsible for branding. Cooperate with global branding team and suppliers to ensure that all materials for local marketing activities are produced in accordance with VI requirements of the Group. Continue to learn and train local colleagues and suppliers based on the updated content and requirements of the group's brand image.Localize and implement global marketing campaign, analyze, and report the KPI regularly.Based on local characteristic needs, carry out a concentrating local marketing campaign for certain product or activity; track sales leads and manage in a closed loop.Create creative promotional materials, copywriting, and videos suitable for various activities. Others: English & Chinese interpretation, translation, and validation by cases; Event/ceremony bilingual hosting by occasion; Support other marketing activities or the work of team colleagues as required by the manager when necessary.
Qualifications for the roleMore than 5 years of working experience, team management experience is preferred.English Major, Excellent English spoken and written skills (TEM 8 Certificate Holder; capable to interpret or translate by occasions).Excellent activity coordination ability and aesthetic ability in design and creation.Good computer skill (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).Positive attitude with fine image.
