Job DescriptionPrimo Brands is seeking a Communications Manager to support our efforts in communicating the company’s sustainability initiatives, achievements, strategy and vision. The role is a key member of the communications team and will be tasked with helping build and drive Primo Brands’ sustainability narrative for the company’s next chapter of growth.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
•Support on overarching sustainability content and stories. As new stories are uncovered, partner with the broader communications team to determine how to effectively amplify and showcase our stories across channels and platforms. Share case studies across the organization with internal and external audiences.
•Act as key sustainability content liaison for new website.
•Own a repository of sustainability narratives and core messaging across each of Primo Brands’ four pillars: water stewardship, circular packaging, climate and people & communities.
•Own the “source of truth” sustainability document and update on a regular basis – ensure newest data and messaging is pulled through quarterly.
•Understand the latest sustainability data coming from the organization and be able to translate into compelling stories and narratives.
•Project manage the development of Primo Brands’ annual sustainability report, working in partnership with key internal stakeholders to ensure our story is told in a compelling and cohesive way while adhering to accurate reporting standards.
•Identify appropriate sustainability awards/ranking submissions for up to one per quarter. Identify relevant and appropriate organizations, events/conferences and speaking engagements to participate or engage with.
•Partner with the communications team to measure and report results, ensuring KPIs ladder up to broader business objectives.
•Track and analyze results consistently in order to merchandise storytelling efforts effectively. Remain flexible and offer ways to pivot in order to reach communications KPIs and goals (positive media placements, message pull-through, owned channel engagement and participation, actively participating in speaking engagements, awards/rankings, etc.)
•Stay abreast of the latest sustainability industry trends, particularly in water, food and beverage, packaging, climate and people.
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
•6-8 years of experience in sustainability communications preferably in consumer goods, and with experience working in a matrixed organization and/or agency experience.
•Exceptional writer and very strong verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
•Deep understanding of the changing sustainability landscape, including marketplace dynamics and overarching trends.
•Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
•Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including aptitude for triage and flexibility.
•Poise, confidence and a calm manner. Trustworthy with ability to offer solutions.
•Effective teamwork and communication; attention to detail.
•Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
•College degree (BS or BA minimum); Masters a plus.
Pay Range: $88,609 -$110,000. This role is eligible for a 15% annual bonus.

Final salary offers are determined through a comprehensive evaluation of candidate qualifications and may vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location of the position. Other components of the compensation package, including benefits and bonuses, will also be considered.
