Communications Manager

Your Everyday 

Leads and oversees the organization’s CRM and marketing automation platforms and its integration into marketing activities:

Provides guidance and training while working closely and collaboratively with hospital marketing and system digital team to coordinate CRM and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Responsible for LCMC Health CRM budget and contract with vendor. Manages relationships and coordination with key system(s) and hospital departments in support of CRM initiatives.

Supports the development, planning, budgeting, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns on behalf of LCMC Health and in support of its hospitals:

Manages, mentors, and directs marketing staff assigned to the project, vendors, and interns. Provides CRM budget allocation guidance to hospital teams through analysis and forecasting. Provides regular reporting and documenting of marketing and CRM initiatives and demonstrates the financial and business impact and insights of marketing initiatives at the hospital and system level for distribution to hospital and system leadership.

Formulates strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis, operational availability and coordinates strategies while maintaining the integrity of the overall LCMC Health organizational goals:

Integrates information and strategies with other Marketing and Communications staff in an effort to develop a seamless marketing system.

Actively contributes to the system’s strategic business planning and the marketing team’s annual planning and budgeting process:

Provides and presents strategic analysis and business intelligence reports with key insights to senior leadership in support of strategic system and hospital initiatives. Contribute to annual strategic planning, recommending short- and long-term system goals and objectives to the LCMC Health VP of Marketing.Recommends, develops, implements, and monitors systems and procedures necessary to ensure smooth operation of system marketing team function. Keeps informed of developments in the fields of marketing, healthcare, digital technology solutions, and not-for-profit management in collaboration with the LCMC Health Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing.

The Must-Haves 
 

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 

Required: 2 years of marketing communications experience in healthcare.Required: 5 years of leadership experience.Required: Strong social media and mobile digitally driven campaign experience.

Preferred: 

Preferred: Previous experience delivering multifaceted web, social and mobile digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution.Preferred: Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation.Preferred: Previous experience with graphic design software and video production and editing tools.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field.

Preferred: 

Preferred: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related healthcare field.
