The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing communication and marketing efforts for Comanche Trace, ensuring clear, engaging, and consistent messaging to members, residents, and the broader community. This role involves creating high-quality content, managing digital platforms, and promoting events, specials, and announcements that align with the organization’s mission and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Management:
o Draft, design, and distribute promotional materials, including club communication emails, social media posts, and flyers.
• Event Promotion:
o Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and highlight key details about upcoming activities, such as fitness classes, holiday celebrations, and golf events.
• Digital Platform Oversight:
o Oversee social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) to maintain consistent posting schedules and respond to member inquiries.
• Brand Representation:
o Ensure all communications reflect Comanche Trace’s tone, style, and brand values.
o Highlight achievements, such as awards and recognitions, to foster pride and connection within the community.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with various departments to support promotional efforts, align messaging, and ensure seamless communication.
