The position is located in Vaasa or Tampere, Finland. **Job Responsibilities** As our Communication Specialist within the Danfoss Drives Communications Team, you will primarily focus on fulfilling the role as communications specialist for our fastest growing product division on global, internal and external communication matters. In this role, you will drive and implement comprehensive communication strategies across diverse channels, supporting a wide range of organizational initiatives. These include managing communications for organizational changes, major internal projects, and strategic developments, ensuring impactful and consistent messaging throughout. In addition, you will work closely with colleagues across Danfoss in regions and Danfoss Group functions. Although located in various geographies and teams, we all share a common ambition of enhancing the value of our communications deliverables. **Background & Skills** To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant academic background, such as a master’s degree in communications or a related field, along with a solid understanding of business and more than five years of experience in strategic internal communication. You have a proven track record of advising senior leaders and aligning communication efforts with organizational goals. It is vital that you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, detailed planning, and strong project management skills. You excel at crafting clear, creative, and compelling messages across different media, including social media platforms. Your ability to translate complex strategies into simple, adaptable messaging ensures that you can engage a wide range of stakeholders effectively. You are proficient in written and spoken English and fluent in spoken Finnish, comfortable working in complex stakeholder environments, collaborating across multiple business units. Your experience includes delivering communication support for high-profile, large-scale projects. Finally, your strong presentation skills enable you to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organization.
