Duties include answering and routing incoming calls, relaying messages, paging physicians and staff, executing emergency notifications, operating a doctor's answering service, providing excellent customer service and front-line public relations. Qualifications: Experience: Up to one year Required Education: High School Education or GED Certifications: None Other: Basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, ability to listen thoroughly and obtain complete and accurate information, able to execute efficiently and calmly during emergency situations, ability to multiple task, must be a team player, must be able to work without close supervision.
