Job Summary and Qualifications: The Clinical Communications Coordinator will support the communication priorities of the clinical services group (CSG) to further the overall strategies of the group’s agenda. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to creating and executing communications, laying out and delivering content through use of email and intranet platforms, project management, maintaining the repository of team assets and documenting and maintaining data. In addition, the candidate will ensure that messaging, imagery and communications are in alignment with corporate style and brand guidelines. What you will do in this role: + Create and execute the development of emails and newsletters + Project manage annually occurring clinical observance efforts + Maintain clinical communications asset repository + Write, edit and proofread content + Curate and repurpose content and communications + Monitor and maintain data analytics for clinical communications programs and projects + Develop intranet pages and sites to support updating or launching new clinical communication campaigns + Organize and write messaging to ensure consistent brand voice across formats such as articles, intranet, newsletters, collateral, presentations and announcements + Publish and distribute communications materials and toolkits that support clinical strategies and initiatives + Glean and capture actionable insights from meetings that can be used to support strategic efforts + Other duties as assigned What qualifications you will need: + Bachelor's degree in communications or similar discipline, or similar plus 1-2 years relevant experience + Possess strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities (AP style) + Ability to use email/newsletter, intranet, etc., communication platforms + Good listener/interviewer/note-taker and researcher HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
