Your role and responsibilities

Report to the EL global communication manager, collaborate with the EL local divisions and MS organizations to shape the EL China communication strategies and programs, properly use the communication budget to contributes to business objectives through the development and deployment of innovative and effective communications activities in China in line with global and local communication strategies, standards, and guidelines. 1.\tEL local narrative and media calendar:Responsible for formulating the exclusive communication strategy of the EL in China: Closely align with the overall corporate goals, meticulously construct local narrative content that suits the characteristics of EL in China and develop a detailed media calendar according to the business rhythm. Ensure the orderly progress of communication activities and continuously strengthen the company's brand image and value proposition regarding the EL in the minds of customers.2.\tTrade/mass media buy and releasing:Take the lead in the procurement and release of trade and mass media: Conduct a precise analysis of the target audience for the products and services of the EL. Select suitable trade and mass media channels, allocate the media budget rationally, and complete the procurement of media resources. Meanwhile, strictly control the timing and content of information release to ensure that the released information can effectively reach the target customers, drive sales growth, and assist the company in achieving its objectives in local business.3.\tThought leadership & trade media interview coordination:Enhance the influence of EL through thought leadership and trade media interview coordination: Deeply explore the cutting - edge concepts and innovative achievements of the EL in the industry. Plan and organize thought leadership - related activities. Actively coordinate trade media interviews, build a communication bridge between division experts and the trade media, and enhance the voice and popularity of the EL in the industry through professional opinion - giving, thus expanding the company's influence in the market. Partner with China Country Communications on Tier 1 and Financial media in China including developing messages and briefing documents. 4.\tEL social media content:Oversee the social media content of the EL: Develop a personalized social media strategy based on the characteristics of the EL and its target audience. Manage social media accounts, regularly release high - quality and attractive content, including product information, industry trends, success stories, etc. Actively interact with fans, enhance brand activity and user stickiness on social media platforms, and promote the conversion of potential customers.6.\tEL level Internal communication:Strengthen internal communication within EL: Establish an efficient internal communication channel to ensure smooth information flow among all Divisions within EL. 7.\tLeads communications for cross divisional (2 or more) events, trade shows and conferences with other division comms: Collaborate closely with the communication teams of the EL divisions to jointly plan and execute important cross - divisional activities. Be fully responsible for communication and coordination work from the pre - event promotion, on - site information dissemination, to post - event summary and feedback. Ensure that the activities can fully demonstrate the company's comprehensive strength and enhance the company's overall image in the industry.7.\tEL customer stories:Collect, organize, and disseminate customer stories of EL: Deeply explore the customer success cases. Write vivid and persuasive customer stories through interviewing customers and collecting materials. Use various channels, such as the company's official website, brochures, social media, etc., for extensive dissemination. Strengthen the trust and recognition of potential customers in the products and services of EL with real - life customer experiences.8.\tEL Website Content and Coordination: Be responsible for the content management and coordination of EL website: Control the accuracy, timeliness, and attractiveness of the content on EL website, ensuring that the website can effectively convey the core value of the EL and provide strong online support for business development.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor/Master Degree \tMore than 15 years Communication experience in related industries. Multi-national companies experience is preferred.\tStrong strategic thinking and planning capability as critical competency \tStrong stakeholder management skill\tStrong Project & Budget Management ability \tMarket and Customer orientation \tFluent English mandatory
