Your expertise will directly impact our supply chain, enabling us to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions to our customers. You will be instrumental in managing supplier relationships and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Specialist, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for: + Managing the end-to-end sourcing process with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Electronic Commodities. + Leading and implementing sourcing strategies for supply chain initiatives, Engineering Changes (ECN), and Control Box implementations. + Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for Control Boxes, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing activities. + Managing relationships and following-up on NPI projects with Contract Manufacturers. + Contributing to the implementation of engineering projects and changes from a sourcing perspective. + Supporting overall sourcing activities within the supply chain. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management). + 3-5 years of progressive experience in sourcing, with a focus on NPI or electronic commodities. + Demonstrated experience in implementing projects or engineering changes. + Experience in supply chain sourcing. + Advanced English proficiency (essential for leading meetings). + Knowledge of Electronic Component sourcing. + Experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Engineering, or Supply Chain roles. + Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
