Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a seasonal Commissary Lead to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio, home of the Cleveland Guardians!

 

As a Commissary Lead, you will oversee the food and beverage inventory, distribution, and operations within the stadium’s commissary.

 

You will be responsible for making sure concession stands and vendors are stocked with food, beverages, and supplies throughout the game and events.

 

 

Pay

$12.25 – $12.25 / hour

What will you do? Leads commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling, and reporting any associate issues to the manager Ensures proper stock and location of products Maintains daily awareness of product needs; determines quantities required to adequately stock inventory Manages inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas Ensures the proper closing of the assigned area

More about you Must be at least 21 years old. At least 1 year of warehouse, food and beverage commissary, or related experience is required Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others Basic math skills

Physical requirements Ability to lift and move up to 165 lbs Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
