Duties:
Identification of new customers and the sales of vehicles to these customer’s Accurate understanding of the deal process Customer retention and growth Contribute to sales results, grow customer satisfaction and relationships Ability to reach targets set out for sales Properly plan all sales activities for strategic accounts – Be Involved Provide sales engineering service to ensure correct vehicle selection by client Always ensure Best Practice. Proper housekeeping, in and around facility Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets (unit sales, market share and Gross profit) Ensuring all vehicles are invoiced timeously, support the process Efficiency with vehicle handover and delivery Ensuring good customer service Monitoring and Administration Customer Care Deal Closure Attributes:
Analytical thinking Customer relations Confident and proactive approach – anticipates issues and requirements Attention to detail Strong documentation skills Good communication skills Requirements:
Matric Certificate or higher Qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous Must have a Database Product knowledge – vehicle bodies legal and client specifications Minimum 3 Years’ experience in sales within trucking/commercial Industry Code 10 or 14 licence advantageous Know Road Traffic Act & Regulations PC Literate
