Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Executive - Cape Town

Duties:
Conduct transactions with customers with care and accuracy Ensure accuracy of customers’ needs by means of parts catalogue, and stock lists Assist in receiving and checking parts stock Improved profitability by ensuring any particular repair/service/accessories are offered to clients Ensure stock is kept in good condition Customer service and satisfaction Ensure sold parts are in perfect condition for sale Ensure parts are issued in accordance with company policy Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy Administration ensuring all paperwork, documents, are properly recorded within the stock control system Ensure good communication with parts manager relating to stock movement, shortages, inspections Marketing to ensure part sales Ensure all transactions take place in accordance with company policies Ensure all payments received are allocated correctly to invoices Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties Ad hoc duties Requirements:
Must have Parts knowledge and experience of Commercial Vehicles Min of 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Executive in the Automotive Industry Experience with Parts Automotive PC Software Grade 12 (Matric) Valid Driver’s License Motor Industry Experience is ESSENTIAL!!
