Duties:
Managing Import/Export documents Making copies of import documents for accounts Recording and following import / export procedures Capturing Bond entries Request, Approval, Movement of unit in the system Refurbishing orders & GR processing for vehicles Creating Sales Orders Invoicing & Credit of Vehicles Shipment End on Invoiced vehicles Following and updating movement of vehicles at different locations Vehicle Stock maintenance and Stock take on regular intervals Import/Export records Allocating specific file number to every shipment Documenting and filing Bill of Lading, invoices and shipping Making copies of Shipping documents for accounts department Capturing Bond/Duty entries Order/Invoice management Creating orders for vehicles Refurbishing Management Vehicle Invoicing Vehicle Stock Stock takes on regular basis at different locations Tracking and following vehicles Updating locations Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in same or similar role in automotive logistics environment as logistics coordinator Grade 12 Senior Certificate Good communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivated and energetic Have high professional and personal standards and a keen eye that attends to details Team player with the ability to work independently without supervision Quick thinking and problem-solving skills Automotive experience ESSENTIAL!!
