Duties:      
Provide guidance and direction to all staff members Prioritize work order and assign appropriate shop staff Maintain vehicle records and repair data Assist with the development of the department’s annual budget Responsible for inventory records of supplies and parts Responsible for the professional development of all shop staff members Practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment as required. Routinely inspect all shop equipment and work area to maintain a safe environment for our employees. Review and approve completed work orders. Assist in recruiting, screening, training, and evaluation of shop employees. Requirements
Grade 12/Matric Certificate Qualified Commercial Vehicle Technician Minimum of 3-5 years experience in same role as Workshop Foreman or Senior Technician Computer literacy
