SCOPE OF ROLE:
This position reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Transformation in the Commercial Transformation team at Regal Rexnord. The Commercial Transformation team is responsible for delivering best-in-class capabilities across Customer Excellence, Sales Strategy and Deployment, SIOP, CRM Management, and more, to achieve our Commercial Team Growth Objectives alongside our Sales Team.
As a Commercial Transformation Analyst, you will provide expertise to support and improve analysis, business insights, execution and actions for our commercial support teams, focused in the area of supply chain simplification actions. You will be working with business and IT resources to determine needs, provide data insights and enhance our business processes across departments related to commercial support activities (e.g. pricing set up, customer maintenance, product authorizations, etc.) Your passion for process-excellence, creative problem-solving and technical skills will be crucial as you drive continuous improvement, interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations and insights to accelerate business support performance. This position will be located in Milwaukee, WI.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with business and IT teams to support and execute commercial activities supporting supply chain simplification strategies.Analyze large amounts of information to understand commercial impact to customers, pricing, agreements, etc. and summarize findings for planning and execution purposes.Create impact assessments for requested projects, supply chain simplification being a priority areaWork with IT and business project managers to create clear understanding of steps and timelines needed for commercial activities.Build continuous improvements and automation to improve existing processes.MINOR QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science or relevant field5 years Commercial experience, preferably in the areas of Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or OperationsExpertise in Power BI, Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle preferredStrong understanding of data analysis and structured problem solvingAbility to synthesize and effectively communicate findings and recommendations based upon information from disparate sourcesBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
