Commercial Support Administrator
Key Accountabilities Marketing Activities (20 – 30%)  Works under the direction of a commercial managers to help reach the company's commercial goals and objectives Assist to implement marketing campaigns and events follow up of leads generated. Assist to implement product base marketing promotion.

 

Sales Operations (40 – 50%) Assist commercial order creation based on customer PO and contract Managing government tender submission  Creating weekly and monthly sales report Gather customer purchasing history and sales input to prepare purchase forecast Managing customer database to analyze customer information and behavior. 

 

Office Administration (20 - 40%)

Companywide initiative meeting & event supporting (e.g town hall and company activities) Office Maintenance - ensuring overall office conditions are in good order Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease Review and manage supplier agreements including but not limited to Office Supplies, Pantry and Couriers.

 

Key Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent. At least 3 years of marketing and sales admin experience. Commercial and Business Management experience required, including the ability to achieve goals by leading with influence in a non‐hierarchical collaborative culture Strong analytical, project management skills, and demonstrated success developing and implementing process improvement Strategic planning and hands‐on operational/executional skills Exceptional communication and writing skills Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Ability to be flexible with work arrangements and openness to take on new and different tasks.
