Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Roofing Sales Professional to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties involved. Your primary responsibilities will include presenting tailored roofing solutions, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to our ongoing success as a leading roofing contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture a robust network of business contacts to generate and identify new sales leads. Engage with both current and prospective clients to understand their needs and present customized solutions that address their specific requirements.Sales and Negotiation: Present and negotiate roofing options, maintenance services, and safety recommendations with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the sales process.Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with existing and former clients to keep them informed about new products, services, and improvements that may benefit their operations.Reporting and Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and customer interactions. Address any issues related to client or vendor relationships promptly and professionally.Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experts to drive business growth and uphold our company’s core values and standards.Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: A college degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered as an equivalent.Experience: Prior sales experience in commercial roofing or a related services industry.Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and climb up to a 30-foot ladder or multiple flights of stairs. Adherence to all job-site safety requirements, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection.Licenses: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.Benefits:
