About the Role
The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) Audience Measurement and Insights team, is responsible for delivering data driven solutions and audience insights across a number of our media divisions, including Disney Advertising, Disney+ EMEA Original Productions, Content Sales and Media Networks.
Following on from the successful launch of the Disney+ advertising-supported tier, we are looking to expand our team. The Audience Measurement and Insight Analyst will work hand-in-hand with the Disney Advertising sales team, as well as agency and brand partners, to help co-ordinate and deliver projects supporting both upper and lower funnel measurement solutions to demonstrate the effectiveness of Disney+ in driving results for our advertisers including brand effectiveness, ROI measurement, and downstream behaviour of the Disney audience.
This role will also work with the wider Commercial Insights team in building on our key audience and platform strengths, supporting in the creation of case studies and sales collateral.
The role will support the Manager, Commercial within the Audience Measurement and Insights team, and works in partnership with Disney Advertisings Tech Ops teams and the wider Disney research and insight teams.
This position requires someone to work from our Hammersmith offices 4 days a week.
What You Will Do:
Support Manager and Senior Manager to implement, monitor, and evaluate ad effectiveness studiesDay-to-day liaison with sales account management teams in ensuring successful launch and on-going measurement of campaignsHelp coordinate the creation of a range of case studies based on Disney’s measurement capabilitiesDay-to-day liaison with vendors as requiredSupport local market teams with troubleshootingBuild understanding of and expertise in methodologies, dashboards, and compelling commercially-focused analysisPartner with the wider data, measurement, product, and research teams in the UK and globally ensuring that all relevant tools and insights are leveraged for commercial advantageRequired Qualifications & Skills:
Basic understanding of advertising industry upper- and lower-funnel measurement approaches such as Brand LiftGood Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilitiesInternship or first job experience within a media advertising sales team or media agency desirableLogic and process oriented Confident in presenting findings to more senior stakeholders – face-to-face or writtenCollaborative and ArticulateThe Perks
