Acts as a relationship manager with commercial and corporate clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops business plans and market research to understand customer needs. Responsible for the acquisition, retention, and expansion of commercial clients and prospects. Develop full commercial banking relationships and revenue growth through the generation of loans, deposits, and fee based services, as well as cross selling other bank products and services. Administers portfolio and ensures that all regulatory, standards, and compliances are being met. Accountable for retaining and growing profitability for new and existing commercial clients. Develop and build a network of business partners, internally and externally, and participate in community events and promote the bank. Ensure portfolios have limited credit risks, are operationally sound, and are being properly managed. Recommends and implements appropriate changes to establishment policies and procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Coach and develop employees. Foster a spirit of teamwork, allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity. Education Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Experience At least five years of related experience.
