As a Business Management Associate in Commercial Term Lending (CTL) you will have the opportunity to support key initiatives and address day-to-day business issues on a well-respected team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your analytical and executive level storytelling skills, for the #1 multifamily lender nationwide.

J.P. Morgan Chase’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Banking businesses include Commercial Term Lending, Real Estate Banking, and Community Development Banking. CRE serves a diverse set of clients, from individual CRE owners and investors to large sophisticated corporate CRE clients with broad banking relationship needs, to community development organizations that invest in the development of affordable housing and economic development projects. We provide CRE clients the financial resources they need for projects large and small through a hands-on, local-market approach, ensuring efficiency and certainty of execution in any cycle. We also connect CRE clients to the resources, expertise and comprehensive lineup of products and services across the firm.

Job responsibilities 

Create slides, charts, tables, and mock-ups for internal meetings and broader executive presentations Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities to simplify and add value to the business Partner across functions to achieve key business objectives Provide short-term reporting to execute strategic initiatives while partnering with Data & Analytics organization to develop long-term solutions Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive emergent and adhoc requests Work autonomously and as a member of a team Manage multiple projects at the same time

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills Excellent communication skills including ability to convey complex ideas simply Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation

Preferred qualification, skills, and capabilities 

Intermediate knowledge of SQL is a plus Preferably experience in Commercial Real Estate
