JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The role will be of "Commercial Project Manager" responsible for the success of Grid Software business by driving profitable projects in categories from S to B both for Domestic and International. Must be well acquainted with Project Accounting, Project controlling & SAP PS Module & Project Commercial Matters.Should be able to draft contractual letters to customers• Responsible for end-to-end commercial activities relating to the execution of the project once the order is awarded to Grid Software• Achieving all the Financial KPIs in line with the Budget and Forecast such as Revenue, Profits, Cash and other financial aspects relating to the projects would be of utmost priority• Project review and timely reporting both to SI local management and GSW global management would be a part of the role• Experience in handling export projects with exposure to Permanent Establishment (PE) related activities as well as Foreign exchange & FEMA related activities• Provide timely & qualitative information pertaining to Revenue, Costs, Unexecuted Order Value, Unbilled Cost etc. to maintain transparency in business transaction enabling management to take appropriate & timely / corrective actions. Monitoring, controlling, and updating of project costs, risks, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging, bank guarantees, insurance, taxation and project report• Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating, and assessing risk and opportunities on a timely basis.• Ensures correct methodology for evaluation of risks and opportunities as defined in FRG and as per PM Guidelines• You may also get opportunities for sales commercial activities during the pre-sales, bidding phase of some of the opportunities.
