Commercial Portfolio Manager II - CRE
The PM II will support an assigned portfolio within the Commercial Real Estate Group. They will collaborate with the relationship manager and team leader to develop and deliver credit documentation. The PM II will demonstrate the ability to complete financial risk analysis and credit documentation with some guidance from their manager or relationship manager. Policy and Procedures + Demonstrates aptitude in credit policy, procedures, RACs and risk rating scorecards to maintain high quality credit administration of Commercial customers. + Accurate risk rating analysis, recommendation, and completion of the scorecards with RM guidance + Identification and documentation of exceptions to policy Underwriting and Due Diligence + Accurate financial spreads and financial analysis of Commercial Real Estate assets + Clear and concise business writing skills + Complete underwriting for renewals and new credits with RM/TL/GD guidance + Accurate completion of the T&C within nCino + Accurate completion of RACs + Obtain and analyze industry information + Participate in discussions with RM/TL/GD about transaction structuring Portfolio Management + Timely and accurate credit file documentation + Monitor and complete financial covenants, financial reporting requirements, and annual reviews. + Monitor reports for expiring Maturity Date, Commitment Review Date, Commitment Renewal Date and complete renewals on time. + Prepare documentation for regular portfolio reviews. + Ongoing monitoring of Borrower financials and follow appropriate risk management procedures. + Identify and surface risks and concerns with the RM/TL/GD. + Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned portfolio including the types of loans within the portfolio, customer businesses and industries / underlying collateral + Provide guidance and training on basic concepts to the PM I / Commercial Analysts as needed. + Basic knowledge of commercial lending legal documentation with specific experience in reviewing loan terms and covenants. Participate in an observatory role with Bank counsel. + Strong knowledge in nCino, OPTIMA, FIS, RIMs and CASH + Knowledge in other job specific systems like Costar, Guidestar, D&B, etc. + Attend customer calls with RM. + Provide client management support for assigned portfolio, as needed. + Participate in and offer a commercial lending perspective in special projects, as needed.
