Commercial Planning and Activation Lead: On Trade

**Job Description :**
**Role Purpose:**
To act as a business partner to the Head of Customer Marketing and the Commercial function to drive great insights into decision making through the team so that the correct strategies are recommended to manage performance at all input and output levels, provide insights and annual pricing effectiveness, trade investment process with the Markets/Brands/Channels to maximize the ROI, build a clear framework and models that the market can use to assess the productivity of ROI.
Be the point person to drive pricing agenda, perform pricing and value chain modelling with the IBP planning team to ensure the corrective decision making is taken to positive gearing for the specified channel. Provide investment decision strategies and ideas to maximize NSV and profit.

**Requirements:**
**Qualifications**
+ Commercial or Business related degree
+ Driver’s license
**Experience**
+ Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial planning, customer marketing, or related field.
+ Project Management Expertise
+ Extensive Commercial and Financial decision making experience
+ Strong analytical skills, systems aptitude and data handling expertise
+ A track record of build collaborative and influential relationships with customers and industry peers in Commercial.
