Job Description:

The role is the Commercial lead for key PNE transformation and S&OP projects in China, collaborating with and representing all Commercial activities and providing clear and timely commercial input to contribute to positive project outcomes in line with the company's strategic objectives. They support and input into project timelines and resource planning, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure harmonized processes. Being in country, representing PNE requirements, this role will negotiate pricing and packages in line with PNE strategy and need. In this role, they may participate in PNE project specific ATGs, and will collaborate with the supply base for project execution, ensuring confidentiality is maintained whenever required.

What will be your key responsibilities?Transformation and Strategy Execution:Support PNE Commercial transformation projects, growth initiatives and value leadership programs as the commercial representative, executing cross-functional projects on behalf of customer regions.Manage VL projects upon request.Implement commercial transformation projects in line with all MSSMs and OGSM targets, liaising with the different commercial operations pillars, as well as with the wider Commercial community.Drive strategic and operational commercial representation, supporting the ATGs by preparing and providing input from and for the commercial team, aligning with the company’s OGSM.
 Project and Process Management:Support Commercial project processes, tool management, and knowledge retention, with special attention to the commercial deliverables.Proactively engage with PNE Commercial EM Lead whilst supporting departments like RFM, PACKS Development, IE, and Supply, along with other commercial pillars and local representatives.Communicate & collaborate with Suppliers regarding project timelines, requirements, prices and deployment to ensure smooth & effective project implementation, within the MSSM framework defined by the SSM. Escalate supplier concerns or issues for resolution or decision via the MSM, Category Expert and / or SSM.Communicate any changes in ATG volumes promptly to the MSM team to facilitate accurate Demand Consolidation and RCCP, ensuring efficient and responsive planning processes.Contribute to the development of efficient processes, systems, and tools in alignment with Commercial PM guidelines, tailored to organizational needs.Operational Efficiency and Agile Implementation:Identify Commercial process efficiencies.Manage and optimize cost structures by supporting RFQ working alongside other Commercial functions, aligning with financial targets and tracking progress for accountability.

Knowledge Management and Sharing:Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing to drive effectiveness.Ensure clear communication of knowledge regarding projects and initiatives across appropriate teams, ensuring the Region EM Lead is well informed on key projects impacting their scope.
