Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Admission to and good standing with the California Bar. 4+ years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation at a mid-size or large law firm. Strong case management skills, with the ability to take the lead on matters. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills. Experience drafting and arguing discovery motions, dispositive motions, and/or class certification motions. Proficiency in taking and defending depositions and assisting in both jury and bench trials. Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to contribute to a growing office. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-value business and commercial litigation matters across a wide range of industries. Engage in complex litigation, including products liability, consumer class actions, privacy law, false advertising, and toxic torts. Serve as trial counsel for Fortune 200 companies in both state and federal courts. Work alongside seasoned litigators in developing case strategy, preparing motions, and conducting depositions. The firm offers highly competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $220,000 to $330,000 annually, along with a discretionary performance-based bonus.
