Job Summary: We are currently looking to add a team member to our Transportation unit. We are seeking an individual who excels in providing customer service. The Account Manager will provide day-to-day customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers
Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards
Assist with client calls on billing questions, make policy changes, add and delete vehicles and drivers
Assist in gathering information required for underwriting/marketing an account and creating renewal submissions.
Orders policy changes
Update data in agency management system

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry or similar role, required.
Active Property & Casualty license, required.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
Technology Skills:
Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Applied Epic Agency Management experience preferred but not required.

Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
Self-motivated and driven
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
