The Team Leader provides a high level of support to team members who include Account Executives and Account Representatives. The Team Leader maintains an assigned book of business as required and serves as representative of team to Management. This role requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion.

What You'll Do Serve as a leader, mentor, trainer and positive role model to direct reportsIdentify and analyze exposures and obtain underwriting information while adhering to Commercial GuidelinesWork closely with internal departments to achieve the best outcome for client and agencyElicit trust by effectively prioritizing work, anticipating needs, and reliably completing tasksManage new and renewal policy applications to ensure timely and accurate insurance coveragePrepare accurate policy summaries and claim reports as neededEnsure accuracy of account information for new and renewal polices and endorsements.
