The Commercial Leadership Program Internship (CLPi) is a 12-week summer program designed to recruit talented students from a wide range of majors with a strong interest in sales and the healthcare industry. The internship is used to retain promising students by converting them into the full time CLP upon graduation.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a CLPi you will be assigned a robust and challenging summer project that aligns to different parts of the business at GE HealthCare (listed below). Notable previous projects encompass a wide array of impactful endeavors. These include successful execution of inside sales campaigns, helping to spearheading the launch of new products, meticulous planning of sales meetings, activating strategic initiatives, and many more. CLP interns will be expected to lay out a plan with your individual project sponsor and decide on a final deliverable.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with one of the following GE HealthCare businesses or functions:
Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT), Molecular Imaging (MI), Ultrasound, X-ray, Healthcare Digital, Maternal Infant Care, Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, Diagnostic Cardiology, Service Sales, Interventional, Marketing, Commercial Operations.

Our Summer Intern Program offers opportunities to network with other summer interns, attend roundtables with influential GE HealthCare executives, gain exposure to sales professionals and skills, and present your project work to managers and peers.
 

Qualifications:

Current Sophomore or Junior classification (target graduation dates between December 2025-May 2026)Must be enrolled full-time (the semester after the internship) at an accredited college or universityHealthcare industry passion and exposureDemonstrated interest in a sales careerDemonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skillsAble to work for a minimum of 12 weeksWilling and able to relocate to Waukesha, WI for summer 2025
