Commercial Lead

工作职责:

客户管理,包括新客户建立以及维护;向工厂下单,并协调其他职能部门发货,为客户安排发货;做好demand forecast /JDA  ,与supply chain 协调备货事宜,保证供货通畅;协助销售开票,向客服提供发票详细信息并进行跟踪、并包括发票退回、手动发票、设备发票等事宜;协助销售部门及财务部门跟踪回款,包括解决信用问题和付款等事宜;协助销售按时完成销售目标,正确使用操作CRM、TVD、Zoho等销售工具;公司报价系统的管理和追踪,协助销售合规高效的提交报价以及合同相关审批;协助组内销售在CRM中做好pipeline的update工作,提醒销售 GTW的追踪以及落地工作 ;协助销售部门及时更新每月销售目标并追踪。 每月成本管理,协助AVP和销售做好T&E 以及Outsourcing 劳务外包费用管控,保证合规性,计划性,准确性;协助 财务信控同事及时update Collection 情况,达成降低DSO的目标;减少坏账对OI的影响; 销售部门相关的行政工作。

能力要求:

本科及以上学历,1-3年销售行政支持工作经验;熟练掌握Office办公软件;积极主动,善于沟通,勤奋踏实,具有高度的责任心及优秀的团队合作精神;具备较强的沟通,学习,抗压能力及快速的适应性;具备较为熟练的英语书写和口头表达能力。
