Your Role

 

Analysis and review of information.Support in internal documentation.Category changes and territory modifications (zone changes, etc.).Requests and review of One Key changes (mass updates).Review of new hires and terminations in Ecuador (merges and duplicates).Support in managing inquiry tickets from the sales force.Creation and maintenance of surveys in Veeva, including support in data tabulation.Creation of time out of territory records.Approval of HIPE accounts.Support in mass uploads in Veeva, including panel updates, account adjustments, category modifications, etc.Assistance in the creation and/or maintenance of Working Instructions for the area.Support in maintaining reports and dashboards.

 

 

 

Who you are

 

You are a student of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or related fields (such as Mechanical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering) at an undergraduate level (from any university in Colombia, preferably the National University of Colombia).You have an intermediate level of English (reading and writing).You have knowledge of R and/or Python, pivot tables, modeling, and econometrics.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
