Job Description My client is a leading QSR company seeking a Commercial & Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across multiple business functions. You will be a dynamically creative, self-motivated individual with strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in technical software, and experience with business intelligence tools. You will possess deep understanding of QSR industry trends and ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.   Responsibilities: Monitor performance indicators and collate all operational and business data analysis Create, monitor and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports  Provide in-depth analysis to Management Team and Departments Heads Maintain BI tool data management & dashboard development Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights  Design, analyse, test, document and support applications  Generate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports using analytical skills Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes Understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends within the QSR industry Identify and source relevant data from various internal systems and external sources  Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market landscape  Monitor competitor activities and industry trends  Analyse and map the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experience Provide insights to enhance customer touch points and drive loyalty and retention Requirements: BCom in Accounting, Finance, Economic or Mathematics 5+ years’ relevant experience  Previous experience in FMCG or QSR industries Advanced MS Office and MS Excel essential Proficiency in Qlik Sense an equivalent software platform Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
