The Commercial Finance Manager is a newly created position and will play a hands-on role in developing the customer investment process, evaluation, review, and challenge the financial impact on commercial obligations.  This is not limited to pricing, discounts, rebates, marketing support, etc that is given to the customer.  This individual is expected to help the commercial team drive margin improvement with analysis and insights.  This role will also be part of the Pricing Improvement project representing CVK Finance and leading this with the Sales Operations team. 

This role will also be involved in contracts management thru evaluating and highlighting key concerns to internal stakeholders.  This person is expected to review key contracts, providing his / her analysis and insights regarding financial implications.  The role is also expected to set up process on ROI, perform reviews on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer incentive programs.

This newly created role is expected to work very closely and business partner with the Commercial teams, i.e. Sales Operations and Marketing. 

The person undertaking this role within the CV Korea will requires strong analytical and share finance skills. This person is also expected to have strong commercial finance acumen and business sense.
